The iPhone enjoys a built in 2 megapixel (1,200 x 1,600) digital camera. It doesn’t have that many features. In fact, it has no flash, focus or even zoom. When you bring the camera interface up, it’s got only one button – at the screen’s bottom which you can press to take pictures.
Once you’ve taken a photo, the digital camera application stores it on your iPhone. You can roll the album and get yourself ready to take another photo. Additionally, you can press the bottom left button to reach the Camera Roll. This is pretty much the same as viewing the Roll in the phone’s Photo Albums application.
And while the iPhone camera has no manual controls, it automatically adjusts to light levels as well as focus. In indoor lower light, it can still take photos so long as the subject is not moving. The camera will take relatively better pictures of moving subjects outdoors though. It’s noteworthy that there is a bit of a delay when you take a photo so you might want to press the button a second or two before that ideal moment.
